An on going project in magnolia results in a cover shoot for Homes & Land of Seattle/Eastside & Snohomish County (http://www.homesandland.com/Digital-Magazine/1409-35-08-Homes-and-Land-of-Seattle-Eastside-and-Snohomish-County/#1).
This project ended up involving a broad range of services. There were minor repairs abound, but in the end it came out great. Some minor tweaking with color turned a barn-looking out of date look into something much more modern. By drawing out some of the inherent colors of the brick and sharpening the property's lines with a strong white, we were able to add depth and enhance the home's features.
We used Sherwin Williams paint: Resilience/SuperPaint flat, Duration satin, ProMar 200 flat, Parker ProFlat. No complaints with any of these products. The Resilience and SuperPaint a quality siding paints. The Duration makes for a great trim product, reducing labor because of its superior coverage. ProMar 200 is great because it's a little thinner and makes for easy feathering. ProFlat is my favorite ceiling paint because it ends with an even finish despite the difficulty of rolling ceilings.
